Is Firefox Bug 77999 fixed in Palemoon too?

Is Firefox Bug 77999 fixed in Palemoon too?

Firefox fixed this bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77999) that improves Adblock memory usage. I was wondering if this bug is also fixed in Palemoon? Thanks.

The bug is noted, but has not been fixed. It has probably been pushed back to finish work on v26.

As a side note, please don't misunderstand the term "bug" here - it's not actually a bug in the browser, it is an enhancement for something that is only an actual issue if you choose to attach very large (but otherwise static) style sheets to all documents and sub-documents.

When this enhancement gets implemented, does it have the same effect while using Adblock Latitude as well? And we are talking about the 14-year old bug Mozilla finally fixed in Firefox v41.0, right?
With Pale Moon by my side, surfing the web is quite enjoyable and takes my headaches away! :)
