I wonder, what exactly can trigger "List all tabs" graying out till browser restart? Is this Windows 10-related issue or last release? There's quite a lot of tabs stored there, though (most of them are not loaded). Never seen that on previous version and Windows 7...

Off-topic:
I'd suggest to replace Lull The Tabs with the newer Suspender, and your uBlock version with this one, which has security fixes among several other improvements.

I've never seen this particular feature misbehave, so it's peculiar at least. If the state is "greyed out" then it generally means the all tabs pane is open. So its state seems to be confused somehow.
Does it respond to the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Tab if it's in a greyed state?

It appears to be very random... Still haven't experienced it again, only 2-3 times before the report. Will try Ctrl+Shift+Tab when that control will be stuck again. I have noticed, it briefly flashes after exiting all tabs pane, maybe it could stuck there in process...

Caught this again. Ctrl-Shift-Tab does not bring "list all tabs", instead switches between address bar and current tab content. Something like this:

I don't know what's going on there, then. That behaviour is normally bound to function key F6 - not even close to tab switching keys.

And this happens only when "list all tabs" control becomes grayed out. When it is in normal state, Ctrl-Shift-Tab brings "list all tabs" as expected.

BTW, if you press Ctrl-Shift-Tab when "list all tabs" is already open, it is identical to F6, too. Switches cursor between "list all tabs" search control and main window behind it (but you need to press it twice to return cursor back to list all tabs search control).

Hmm. Well, I guess it does make sense within the context of the thumb pane (ignoring modifiers).
Best I can gather right now it's a race condition of some sort. Are you using some fast sequences of input (and if so, which)? Rapid key presses or key/mouse combinations? To understand what's going on we really do need to find some steps to reliably reproduce the issue.

[Ctrl]+[Shift] combination might be the culprit here. I don't know if it's the case in W10, but in W7 it is the shortcut for keyboard layout switching. Sometimes Windows likes to register only the [Ctrl]+[Shift] part, disregarding the rest of shortcut keys. It happened to me a couple of times in Pale Moon, and then the keyboard starts to spout out some gibberish, until you press [Ctrl]+[Shift] again (in case of having only two keyboard layouts).

Maybe the addon itself has some problems with registering more than two-key combinations, somehow?
Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!

There is indeed Ctrl+Shift assigned to secondary keyboard layout, as in Win7, but using it does not seem to cause any immediate changes to Pale Moon's behavior...
