Why do you think so ?
There aren't any notifications from my firewall or antivirus-using norton 360.

Since the crashes/exiting happens randomly as well.
I think it started happening around this time and like this:

Maybe you will find a solution there. I think maybe the creators of Pale Moon will help you.

Unfortunately I don't really have any input why it's crashing to desktop for you. Since it's not actually an application crash there likely won't be any additional information to be found in e.g. event viewer. The only thing standing out from the troubleshooting information is that your video driver is old (2018) but I also know that there might not be any newer drivers available for integrated Intel graphics; still can't hurt to check though and if there is a newer driver try with that.
If that doesn't help or there are no newer drivers, try disabling hardware acceleration in Preferences -> Advanced and restarting the browser.

I tried disabling hardware acceleration, didn't work though.

Also, this issue happened on another computer that had updated video card drivers, so that isn't the issue either i think.

Operating system: win 10x64 pro
Browser version: 32.5.0
32-bit or 64-bit browser?: 32 bit
Problem URL: unknown
Browser theme (if not default): theme tweaker lightweighttheme
Installed add-ons: extensions: classic toolbar buttons 1.4.2 , Theme Tweaker 1.0.0
Installed plugins: (about:plugins): Silverlight Plug-In (disabled)
Java(TM) Platform SE 8 U391 (disabled)
Java Deployment Toolkit 8.0.3910.13 (disabled)
npIPCReg DLL

I have palemoon installed on several different computers, I cannot remember what version this problem started but it's a few versions back i think.

Palemoon will exit randomly and I don't know why, happens when refreshing a site and it could be any site. Let me know what other info i need to post and thanks in advance for the help/replies.
what version or version of Windows do you have on those several other different computers?

maybe test this problem on other Windows OS versions like Windows 11, Windows 7 and/or Windows 8.1 and see if you get the same result

I have windows 10 on all except one which is windows 11 and that also had the issue.

I don't have win 7 or 8.1 to test the issue.

Also, question... what is "npIPCReg DLL"? I don't recognize that as a plugin.

npIPCReg DLL is an foscam ip camera plugin.

Although currently and for some time now, I don't have that plugin installed, so it's probably not the issue.

I put up a post: Palemoon closing unexpectedly again when it happened to me on oneamericannews.com and now it is happening on https://mrctv.org/blog.

No messages, just closed. It doesn't happen all the time and goes a while between when it does.

I don't have any error messages in the error console as it apparently gets wiped when the browser closes.

I'm on the latest version which is 33.1.0 32 bit and just happened again.

When it happens its usually when I refresh a page and the browser stops and closes with no warning no error message.

PM 33.1.0 64bit
TrisquelGNULinux 64bit
Thinkpad X230, OS boot

The shutdown happened a few seconds after startup today. This has been occuring since a couple of releases ago. I thought it was because of a particular add on - Crush Those Cookies. After disabling this add on things seemed to be normal so later I re enabled the add on with only the option to delete third party cookies, activity logging and pop up notifications selected but the shutdowns still happen. I'll disable the add on and see if that helps again.

Same thing here with my old Win7 64bit system, 6gb ram.
I had the 32 bit browser originally, then switched to 64 bit with uBlock Origin the only plugin.

Happened to me, just now, since my last post in this thread, this time with http://www.oregoncatalyst.com//.

Again nothing in the error console and all drivers are current.

Thanks for the details. Your crash is in igd10umd64.dll, which is part of the Intel graphics drivers (and therefore outside of our scope).
Since your driver is from 2015, you should update it to the latest available version from Intel. if no updated driver is available for your Intel HD 3000, then you should disable hardware acceleration in the browser's preferences.
