If possible, please include the output of help->troubleshooting information (as text):
I am trying to return a item on ebay and when I select a reason, the NEXT button stays greyed out
Tried a brand new profile, same results

1) Please don't use ALL CAPS on topic titles
2) eBay is a known problematic site and eBay literally doesn't care about anything but Chrome (and if you push them they also accept Edge as an alternative) see other threads. Use Chrome or Edge for these things for now.

I tried enabled and it lights up but no progress.
