Did it work before?

You could try adding a User Agent Override to see if this helps. For example if you are using Windows 7 (64-bit):
add this UA Override -- general.useragent.override.keepa.com set to Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 (Pale Moon) by typing about:config into address bar (click on the "dragons" button) and right-clicking any where in the settings area of the about:config interface and go down the menu to "New" and select "String" and placing the first value above in the first prompt and the second value above in the second prompt and click the "Okay" button.

It works.

Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> General -> Compatibility => User Agent Mode => Firefox Compatibility

Works here even with native UA (and uBO on).

The site requires cookies and local storage.

Are you getting a message like this one...

If so, turn on cookies and local storage. To enable local storage: about:config -> dom.storage.enabled = true

It's a web extension, so not compatible with Pale Moon.

Well that settles that, simple enough ---- thanks coffeebreak  --- but how can we determine this for future reference --- I'm looking at AMO (linked here) and see this "This add-on requires a newer version of Firefox (at least version 52.0). You are using Firefox 27.9." but I often see this and it doesn't always mean the add-on is a "web extension" necessarily.

... sometimes an extension will mention it's designed for "quantum" which is a dead giveaway but not in this case (for this extension).

So what is the method to determine an add-on is a "web extension"? (when no mention of "quantum" is made available ---- btw, I'm not a keepa user, just wondering  ....)

You know, that post should maybe be a sticky.

Okay, so I get it --- in some cases (when the AMO does not specify directly) there is no easy way to determine if an add-on is a "web extension" (thanks for the help but these methods are not for the average non-tech person to understand well, imho).
