Ctrl-Tab list missing?

Unread post by roytam1 » 2017-09-24, 10:43

I tried 27.4.2 in Win7, opening 3 tabs and then tried to press Ctrl-Tab and holding Ctrl key, hoping to see a tab list, but nothing is shown besides active tab is switched to another tab.

I have browser.ctrlTab.previews = false here.

Try setting browser.allTabs.previews to false.

I find this strange that it fixed your issue.

This is what would prevent showing you the tab previews to switch with Ctrl+Tab. So that is correct that it just switches to next/previous. This is the one you'd want to change.

This has nothing to do with Ctrl+Tab behavior, as it only controls the way all-tabs works (either graphical pane or menu list). So changing this would not do anything to Ctrl+Tab behavior.

It lets you see a list using the List all tabs toolbar button. I should have elaborated. (And it looks like OP edited his post.)

actually I want press Ctrl-Tab holding Ctrl key will open a list like allTabs button does(without preview), I don't know Pale Moon has it removed.

That has never been an option.
