Cashe was lost

Cashe was removed after power failure
and NOT removed if i killed the Pale Moon process from task manager.

Your power failure most likely corrupted the index (which won't happen if you kill a task since it's still a clean shutdown of a process). Instead of risking a corrupt cache with broken cached files, it would have been cleared on the next start-up. That's not a bug, it is very much by design for this kind of disaster recovery.
