Cursor resets in latest version?

In fact, i'm not sure if it's the latest version or not but since today, the cursor has been behaving oddly only when interacting with Pale Moon. Specifically, it changes back to the default mouse gesture, or may flicker between the one it should display. In text boxes, the line changes back to the default gesture, and with links, it flashes between the default and the hand.

No other applications exhibit this odd behavior, and restarting pale moon or clearing its cache had no effect. Ideas?

EDIT: Whatever this was, it appears to have stopped. In any case, i'll keep this open just in case and ask that it be moved to the technical chat section as it might not be entirely pale moon's fault. For now, goodnight to all.
