Hello Palemoon/Basilisk developers,
after upgrade to Palemoon 29.1.0 & Basilisk 2021.03.11 (both 64bit, on Windows 10 Insider Build 21301) I have found, that both browsers are unable:
1. Import a certificate from a file .p12 or .pfx;
2. Create a valid Certificate Signing Request (CSR) via <keygen> tag.
Please correct these flaws, which are very important for CAcert member users.

I'm looking into this.

Re: Certificate import & CSR creating problems
Import does not work starting from 29.0.0.
28.17.0 - ok.
