Palemoon 28.5.0 Windows 8.1 64bits AppCrash

On Windows 8.1 there's some bug that cause an random AppCrash. I can't reproduce, and even is old, but it produce randomly about 6 times the last year with other versions of Palemoon on a wide range of time. This last time I was view and YouTube video with Palemoon 28.5.0 Desktop.

Mi computer is an Core 2 Duo (2,4GHz), 2GB of RAM and the video is NVidia GeForce 8400 GS.

I looked at the addresses and it's somewhere deep in JS/DOM dealing with the CC.
Specifically, UnmarkGrayJSListenersInCCGenerationDocuments -- Not code I've touched to my knowledge so if this is a CC crash it's one that preexisted in Mozilla code.

EDIT: Doesn't look like there is any difference between what we have and what Mozilla has in nightly, so it's quite likely this very rare crash has not been solved on their end either. Without a callstack however there is almost nothing that can be done about it.

The call stack is included in a crash dump file, it is the hierarchy of function calls within the program (which function has called which) that can trace a problem back to its root "caller", i.e. the function that made the initial request causing the crash, if the crashing function itself isn't providing clues because it's generic.\

I'm afraid what you have attached are not minidumps. They are simply windows error reports; to capture and send us a minidump you have to run the browser with a debugger attached so that it can intercept the crash and save the program state at the time of crashing.
