When PM is snapped in one of the corners (aero snap), fullscreen doesn't work properly: the window isn't the correct size (slightly too narrow, can click what's below it) and the taskbar remains visible.
Here's a screenshot (too big for img tag):
https://imgur.com/a/mhvqIzD
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Go to Youtube or any website with videos
- Drag PM window to the left or right side of the screen, to make Windows snap it
- Go fullscreen on the video
This is on Windows 10 1809 64 bit, PM 28.4.0a1 64 bit.

DOM fullscreen doesn't seem to have a problem on Windows 7 when snapped; so unfortunately I can't yet reproduce this. I'll have a look in my Win 10 environment later.

I seem to recall seeing something like this at one point, but I cannot reproduce this issue with PM 28.3.1 on my Windows 10 1803 install.

I've also not been able to reproduce the problem in my Win10 VM, sorry.

Good to know I'm the only one.
Is there something I can try? I have the problem even on a clean install.

It may have something to do with other software or system settings that change windows' desktop metrics. That's all I have to go on for now.
