Windows Pale moon 28.3.1 is not playing videos on infowars.com website.

Tried it in safe mode no luck.

Tried playing the infowars.com video with firefox, and firefox plays the video.

Make sure Media Source is enabled in Preferences > Content.

From my end, this problem is caused by 'EasyPrivacy' (which is enabled by default in uBlock Origin).

I've filed an issue report here:
https://github.com/easylist/easylist/issues/2788/

If anyone needs a quick fix, you can use the exception rule that I included in my report (under "Possible fix").
Simply add it to 'My filters' in uBO ('Dashboard' > 'My filters').

I clicked on the link and no control buttons or start button so the video didn't play. But, then I disabled uBlock Origin, refreshed the page and the video played with all of the control buttons visible. And every other video played as well.

In this windows hard drive, I'm using 32 bit windows Pale Moon 28.3.1 running in 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

As you can see in my report, the problem is caused by a generic rule, which makes perfect sense.
It usually does its job, without causing any problems.

Basically, for the videos to play, you have to allow some tracking. :(

You are right about ublock.

When you disable ublock the video works.

Thanks for the fix. Adding the fix to my filters ublock fixes palemoon.

But now, I am confused!

Had ran Pale Moon in safe mode, but the video didn't work.

Running in safe mode should have disabled ublock.

Could someone explain this to me?

The video worked for me in safe mode. Safe mode disabled uBO/EasyPrivacy effectively along with all other extensions.
