I browsed around on that site for a few minutes, no crashes. But I'm on Linux. I have a feeling Moonchild would like a crash report. ;)

Site heavy googleabuse, crashed on clean profile, then no crash with ublock.

The site does not crash for me using 32 bit windows Pale Moon 28.3.1 running in 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

The only extensions I'm using are NoSquint 2.2.2 and uBlock Origin 1.16.4.7 with uBlock enabled for the site. For the user agent mode, I use Firefox Compatibility. Free Avast antivirus is also installed.

No crash here on PM 28.3.1 x64.

Now, the usual questions:
1) Does it work without crashing in PM's safe mode?
2) Post the results of Help > Troubleshooting Information and AppCrashView as per this post: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=49

I'm also using uBo blocking 3rd party scripts and frames. So I guess whatever is causing the crash is coming from there.

Tested on a clean profile in x86 portable: no crash. No content blockers in place, so it's not something uBO is blocking.
What a terrible site. 5 slide-ins, a few pop-ups, several confirmations about data use and cookies... yuck! And the content seems to be the regular collection of clickbait and promotions-presented-as-real-news traps.

Strange, today are no crash on this site untill now. Probably depends on what type of advertising existing on it and the interaction with adblockers ( uBO and Disconnect in my case)

The site causes Pale Moon to crash all right, but it doesn't always occur on the first try.
I had to refresh the page several times, before it crashed.

After reading your comments above, I can confirm it does crash my windows Pale Moon setup which I listed in my first post. But it took four refreshes of the page before windows Pale Moon crashed.
Off-topic:
But since I dual boot both 64 bit linux Mint 19.1 (Tessa) Xfce and 64 bit Windows 7, I was curious. I switched over to my Mint hard drive, clicked on the OP's link and 64 bit linux Pale Moon 28.3.1 never crashed the page even after refreshing the page ten times in a row.

Like I've already pointed out; the page will often load without crashing.
Adblocking doesn't appear to have anything to do with it.

Has anyone decided to get a damn minidump to send to Moonchild for analysis? Or any of the other normal troubleshooting info?

This. If the developer is not able to reproduce the crash on their own, complaining about crashes without providing a crash dump is like telling the doctor that something hurts but not telling them where it hurts.

There is no .DUMB files on my system . ...I don't know if the system is properly configured for creating .DUMB files (see picture).
