Broken dragging downloaded files from the drop-down menu

After the last update using mouse to drag downloaded files from the drop-down menu works no longer. Can still drag from the full ctrl+j menu but it's quite inconvenient.
Windows, 28.3.0 (32-bit), two different computers.

This was an obvious code bug and will be fixed in the next version.
