Most of my bookmarks are correctly saving the appropriate favicon when loaded, but several of them are not.
Here's a few of the sites that won't save their favicons for me in PM but did so in FF:

Re: Favicons not saving in several bookmarks
No problem here with favicons for bookmarks of your linked sites.
I just now bookmarked them, refreshed the page x1 for each site to get the favicon, and done. Are your problem bookmarks new or old?
Did you check whether the url in those bookmarks is exactly the same as the current address of the site?
If not, it may (likely will) cause the favicon to disappear. Even a discrepancy of one character, such as a missing " s " (from https://...) can make the favicon go missing.
