28.3.0 doesn't ask anymore to confirm on exit

As per title.
I use PM 28.3 portable, 32bit.
I have the Tab mix plus plugin.

Before this update, the plugin was asking to save the session on exit, but now it doesn't anymore when there is only 1 tab.
Is is possible to have the browser asking to confirm the exit (doesn't have to be a question to save the session), regardless of the number of windows/tabs open, and whether they are empty or not, or if there are downloads or not?

To the best of my knowledge this behavior has not changed with the latest update.
