No autofill and ask to save login on http local modem page

Unread post by pelmun » 2018-12-23, 07:33

Modem admin page url: http://192.168.100.1/html/home.html. On clicking login, a html popup appears with username and password field just like many other websites.

I already have username and password saved but it doesn't get auto filled. When I type the username manually, then it fills the password field.

I tried on a new portable palemoon version and there it doesn't ask whether you want to save the login data.

Both signon.autofillForms and signon.autofillForms.http are set to true and there is no exception for the modem page. I don't use any add-on for autofill. I checked and Firefox autofill works on that page.

Latest Palemoon 32-bit installed
Windows 8.1 core 64-bit

Edit: It should not be because of any add-on as I tried on a fresh profile on portable palemoon.
