From a long time I use PM with multiple profiles simultaneous opened but from yesterday suddenly PM won't load the command.( for this I use the PM shortcut with the modified "target" like in attachament). Normally when I click the shortcut the Profile Manager should open but now is open directly just the "default" profile and if I click again the shortcut I receive the message "Pale Moon is already running, but is not responding. The old Pale Moon process must be closed to open a new window."
II thought the shortcut is corrupted and I've created a new shortcut with the same instructions for the "target" but the results is the same: no profile manager open. Then I thought profiles are corupted but no, I can launch profiles working simultaneous from the "about:profiles".
What can that be?

I don't know how the hell "-p" was deleted because since I setup the shortcut never walked on it!
