Element Hiding Helper for AdblockPlus no longer works with Adblock Latitude in Pale Moon 28.0.0

Element Hiding Helper for AdblockPlus v1.3.2.1-signed no longer works with Adblock Latitude 5.0.1 in Pale Moon 28.0.0 (or 28.0.0.1) 64-bit, running on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, whereas it worked OK with Pale Moon 27.9.4

A little background for those not familiar with it:
Element Hiding Helper (https://adblockplus.org/elemhidehelper) is an extension that allows you to easily select a specific element of a web page, then constructs an Adblock filtering rule for that element. It's very handy for removing things like large banners, toolbars etc (that are not necessarily ads) from some web-sites, because it can select containers, not just individual images, and it's much easier to use than ABL's "blockable items" list. AdblockPlus hasn't worked with Pale Moon for a while now, but Element Hiding Help 1.3.2 also works with Adblock Latitude - although later versions of Element Hiding Helper won't work with Pale Moon. Element Hiding Helper's web site only has the latest version, so I've attached a copy of the version that I'm using.

To verify that it works OK in Pale Moon 27.9.4:
Install
: Pale Moon v27.9.4 (default installation, no existing profile)
: adblocklatitude v5.0.1
: element_hiding_helper_for_adblock_plus-1.3.2.1-signed

From the ABL menu (either from Pale Moon's Tools menu, or the ABL button on the toolbar) "select an element to hide", or just press the hot key Ctrl-Shift-F3 - now use the mouse to select the web page element to hide.

Then update to Pale Moon 28.0.0 - or uninstall PM, delete the PM profiles, and install PM 28.0.0, ABL, element hiding helper
Now there is no "select an element to hide" in the ABL menu, and the hot key does not work.
