Buttons bar in videos is not shown

in chaturbate.com if i load a room in another tab (in the background... the tab is not active) the lower bar of the video is not shown... I have to reload the page to show to buttons.
Also... going to full screen is MUUUUCH slower until the video is shown... the same for youtube.

Chaturbate seems fine here. I managed to lose the vid bar once, but simply toggling between tabs brought it back. Full screen was very fast.

This is on a fresh install of PM 28. If your install is not fresh, get a copy of PM portable and test there.
