I'm running Vista Ultimate 64-bit. I currently use the 32 bit version of Pale Moon v27.9.4
When I run the installer for Pale Moon 28 it does the unpacking and then I get a blank error box.
I tried both the 32 bit and 64 bit installers.
I also tried the 32bit installer on another computer running Vista Ultimate 32-bit and it did the same thing.

Pale Moon 28 does not support Windows Vista.

That really should have been mentioned in the release notes, if it had been I wouldn't have even tried. In any case an actual error message is required.
(I see that Vista has disappeared from the Minimum System Requirements...)
