Clear Cache Does Not Remove All The Cache With One Click
PM 28 clicking clear cache does not remove all the cache at one you have to click it 4 to 7 times to get all the cache removed please fix this thank.

You're being too impatient. Also, depending on which sites you have open, new entries can be made as they are removed.
Clearing cache marks all entries for deletion -- the deletion itself may take a little time depending on how many entries there are.
If you want a synchronous cache, that's still available too but less efficient. To use that, set browser.cache.backend to 0 after clearing the cache. You will then be using Darin's old caching system.
