Hi, when click any "All" link not ever load maps (safe mode). If reload ok!(Ctrl+F5).

Hitting an All is hit or miss whether the page displays as expected or not.
And even if it does display, hitting back-arrow then hitting the same All most likely will then not display properly.

I'm seeing the same behavior on multiple Mozilla based browsers; PM, SeaMonkey 2.49, FF 61.
