Video Scaling Issue with Youtube

Unread post by LucasZ » 2018-08-17, 01:23

I recently just found this bug when I went to watch a video on Youtube. The window that the video plays in extends past its borders and onto the left side of the page where the recommended videos list is, partially covering them up. I checked in a different browser to see if maybe the issue is with Youtube, but everything was scaled correctly. So I'm pretty sure the problem isn't with Youtube. I have posted two screenshots: one showing the issue with the Youtube video in PaleMoon, and the other showing the same Youtube video scaling correctly in a different browser for comparison. Hope this is helpful.

The problem is with youtube, specifically with their "classic layout" which is the default for Pale Moon.
This isn't a bug in the browser, it's a bug in the website -- please see the active thread about this issue.
