Re: The drop down menu's confusing display
Do you still see this behavior in safe mode? Do you see any errors in the web console?

Re: The drop down menu's confusing display
The website page displays properly for me.
FWIW, I'm not using Windows. I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 27.9.4 running in 64 bit linux Mint 19 (Tara) Xfce. The only two addons/extensions I have installed are NoSquint and Adblock Latitude.

Re: The drop down menu's confusing display
Switched over to my Windows 7 hard drive and after clicking on the link, the website page still renders properly for me using the same addons/extensions I use in linux Pale Moon.
This hard drive is using 32 bit windows Pale Moon 27.9.4 running in 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1.

Re: The drop down menu's confusing display
The problem displays when you mouse-over the menu at the top. The contents of it is rather jumbled.

Re: The drop down menu's confusing display
The menu is built around a -very- specific cascade and inheritance of layout styles that only works if a browser has exactly the implementation of layout they expect.
This won't be addressed in v27. The next milestone will display this properly.
