On Craigslist site, for example:

This is a used for sale website. There is a yellow envelope marked "reply" in the top left corner. Pressing the "reply" icon brings up the message: sorry, something went wrong (see craiglist popup error.jpg).
Using Firefox, the reply icon works, and brings up the email-to popup shown in:
"craiglist popup in firefox.jpg"
Using Palemoon 27.9.2 32bit, Win 7 64 bit. Block Popups is disabled (unchecked) in Palemoon.
