In Add-ons manager, radio button "Include in Update" does not honours

Version: 27.8.3 (64-bit) - Windows 7
I cannot tell PM not to "include in Updates" a specific Add-on. I click (uncheck) the radio button "Include in Update" in "Available updates" tab, go back to "Extensions" tab, than again to "Available updates" tab, "Include in Update" is checked (i unchecked before).

Expected behavior: "Include in Update" stays unchecked.

No, that's not how this works.
The checkboxes are there to be used in combination with the button at the top, i.e.: you quickly uncheck those you don't want to update, then click the "install updates" button and only the checked items will be updated.
