Youtube live videos not playing after update.

I am updated to version 27.8.3 64 bit and now I can not view live videos.
I get a static screen that states that I can not play HTML 5 videos.
Rolling back to previous version.

Nothing has changed in regards to video playback with the latest update. If YouTube refuses to serve you video, it's likely on their end.

Thank you very much for the response.
I just found another post here in the Pale Moon forum that discussed removing the HEVCVideoExtension from Windows Apps and Features.
I tried it and it worked.
All video resolutions are back and live videos are playing again.
I no longer get the HTML5 is not compatible message.
I just upgraded Windows to Fall Creators 1709. That was the cause of the problem.

Thank you very much!
