Fix tab scrolling being weird every now and then

When I use the left and right arrows to scroll through the tabs in Pale Moon, sometimes it goes further ahead in the tabs that are displayed than I like. Here's a gif that shows what I mean:

Make sure you're not accidentally double-clicking. If the interval is too short between clicks for what you've set your OS to register so it sees it as a double-click, then the strip will scroll more: one "page" for a double-click, and all the way to the end for a triple-click. This is by design.

I am just single clicking on the left and right arrows.

I managed to almost fix it by switching from the custom theme that I was using to the default one and using the 64-bit version of Pale Moon. Now it doesn't happen as often.
