Pale Moon loads https://ikus.pesc.ru/ awkwardly. Before it shows final view, first it freezes for a few seconds, then shows loader circle for some time and statically.
Google Chrome almost immediately shows rotating circle, does it all the time before final view and doesn't freeze, i. e. loads a site smoothly.
Pale Moon behavior looks like a bug from the user point of view.

Page works in the end. I would say that is what matters. If a page freezes only few seconds and keeps on loading, i do not see a real issue with that.

Yes, it works. I just want to pay developers' attention to the site that Pale Moon 27.7.2 x64 on Windows 10 loads worse and longer than Chrome, Edge and IE.

That's probably because it uses a JS framework, and the polyfills it uses don't recognize Pale Moon so will try to overload just about everything "just in case" causing a compilation delay for the javascript.
