HTTPS / SSL certificate problem with 27.x+ 27.6.1 still exists

Hello,

when opening HTTPS web address first time, always get error:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to openwrt.org.

Peer's certificate has an invalid signature.

(Error code: sec_error_bad_signature)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Hitting Reload few times fixes the problem and next time visit page, e.g. https://www.google.com works ok.

The computer is not fast, Windows 10 x64 system with Pentium G6950 CPU, so just idea is that some asynchronous SSL certificate checking does not finish before page load. But this is just idea.
