Rendering of dumpert.nl

www.dumpert.nl is a site that hosts "funny videos" and such. The rendering of the site in different browsers differs a lot. PM and IE seem to do it similar, FF does it I think how it should be.
PM and IE shows the videos in a grid of 2x7 plus 1, FF shows 3x5. PM and IE have no sidebar on the right, FF does. PM and IE have a small top bar with just the logo, FF also has links to other views.

Any idea why this difference?
PM 27.6.0, FF 56.0.2, IE 11 on Windows 7 x64.

Possibly responsive design based on window width?

Hey, at least they do it properly, actually having responsive design with different layout depending on what fits, instead of just having things scale in an ugly way with oversized text and whitespace on desktop resolutions like so many do it wrong!

With no hint of what's going on? No, then I'd rather have a scroll bar at the bottom. Responsive design like this (as in: removing content) sucks.

You can always complain to the site in question -- it's their choice.
