incorrect opening of two windows simultaneously

I often use to open a new window from horizontal bottom bar in windows 7/64; right click on a palemoon icon, and from the appearing menù "frequent", I make my choice. It's very useful and fast, as the name says, for frequently used sites opening. Till previous update this operation started a new window, only one obviously, from the last update (Version: 27.6.0 (64-bit) it opens TWO windows simultaneously. Weird behaviour indeed. :thumbdown:

Hope it will be fixed soon

Yes, It seems so, even if I activate this in a different way (surely Windows uses command line to open the required page)
