Looks like they're detecting Pale Moon as a mobile device browser.

Their CSS is a mess too; they don't know how to make gradients, it has typoes in there (e.g. "z-idex"), and tries to reference unknown color names.
And yes, it detects Pale Moon as a mobile browser (doesn't seem to be useragent related, though)
