SnagIt capture scolling window doesn't work

SnagIt window capture tool by TechSmith has a feature called Capture Scrolling window which allows me to take a screenshot of a window that automatically scrolls.

For some reason it doesn't work in the latest version of Palemoon but works in both FF and Chrome. I've reached out to their support too. I wonder if their program is using particular programming APIs that Palemoon has blocked or removed.

win 7 64bit / palemoon version 27.3.0 (32-bit)

I'm sorry but I don't see how this is a bug? Why did you post this in bug reports?
