Issues with Rich Text Editing in Gitlab

As a user of Gitlab, I use a lot the Issue tracking feature.
I'm talking about this: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues

It comes with rich text editing for issues (like this forum), to insert quotes, code, etc in issue body or comments.

I currently encounter two issues on this feature, altough I'm using PM 27.3 on Win10/x64 :
- inserting quotes, code or whatsoever by cliking on their icon does not work at all
- copy/pasting an image from MS Word 2016 should upload it and insert its Gitlab uri

Both these useful features works with Edge or Chrome

Nb : I'm running local Gitlab so I cannot provide any account for demoing
