Gilab issue form not responding to mouse click

Hi there,

I'm a user of Gitlab. As such, I was pleased to see them invest in a new revamped and modern UI for there issues search form

Then I discovered a small annoyance with Palemoon when using it:
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues

With other browsers, like Edge on WIN 10 64 bits, you just have to click to see this topic list (also works on palemoon), but then you can also select one by clicking on it (this doesn't work on palemoon meanwhile it works with Edge)

Stangely enough, it works when browsing the list with keyboard then hit Enter key
