When I open the bookmarks list and use a 2-finger mouse swipe (scroll up/down) the bookmarks list 'disappears' ...though I can see a blurry image of it behind the aero glass title bar (and in front of any other open windows).
It does appear to be scrolling in the 'background' and if I click, it does take me to a bookmark ...presumably the one which was under the mouse at that time, but the actual bookmark menu seems to pop behind the active window instead of staying in front.
Your Operating system - Windows 7x64
The exact version of Pale Moon you are using - 27.3.0 x64 (but this has been happening for several versions... 27.1 to 27.3 or longer)
Basic hardware information if relevant: CPU, graphics card, amount of RAM
Steps to reproduce the problem - Open bookmark list, place cursor over list and two-finger mouse swipe up/down
Expected result - bookmark menu used to scroll up/down
Actual result - bookmark menu pops 'behind' open firefox window (visible only through aero glass) and scrolls up/down
