Czech language pack not working in PM 27.1.2 Topic is solved

I've just updated to latest release of PM. Unfortunately, Czech language pack is not working for me. I've tried various steps to make it work but no luck.

Where can I get previous releases of PM?

Yes, I've tried both Extension & Preference methods.

Extension:
I've installed locale switcher.
In language selector I've added Czech to a list. Unfortunately, I couldn't select Czech, since the option was disabled. I'm sorry I can't remember menu item exactly.
I think I'll have to try it once again because I have reinstalled release 25.2.3 and an appropriate cs.xpi, which performs fine at the moment.

Preference:
I've installed latest cs.xpi.
I have set general.useragent.locale to cs-CZ in about:config and restarted Palemoon.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate CZ
Palemoon: 25.3.2 (x86); it doesn't show any available updates at the moment. This may be due to the following:
1. I've checked for the updatets.
2. I've refused to install the update.

IMHO:

Pale Moon 25.x:
Step 1) - browser language set to English (US):
about:config = "general.useragent.locale" = "en-US"
or viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14434&p=103063#p103097

Step 2) - upgrade your browser (25.x -> 27.1.2)
(if your browser doesn't offer an update, install the latest version manually)

Step 3) - the newest version of the extension and the latest language pack

In the (hopefully unlikely) that you actually need to go back to an old version in order to get your preferred language, you can get older versions from the Archived Versions page. But please don't do this except as a last resort - some of the updates were security-related, so you will be putting yourself at risk by not having those issues patched.

Same problem in 27.2.0 (32bit) under Windows 7 Ultimate CZ (64bit).
Select user interface locale menu item is disabled even though I've installed latest cs.xpi & restarted PaleMoon.

...and if you change the value to "cs" (instead of "cs-CZ")...

Currently I have no other idea...

But you can also create a new profile (+ Localeswitch + cs.xpi)... (for testing)

No change with "cs" instead of "cs-CZ".

Test with other profile: should I create and login as different user?

Sorry about obvious question, but are you sure that cs.xpi is actually installed?

Yes, I am sure.

Please, note that I use 32bit version of Palemoon on 64bit Windows 7 Ultimate CZ.

WOW1 It was disabled!




I had to enable the add-on & restart Pale Moon. Czech is working fine now.
