Since the latest Patch Tuesday (the day before yesterday), I can no longer open a new window in Pale Moon 26.2.1. On a multi-monitor system, it is an essential feature. Neither clicking the relevant icon nor Ctrl-N works.
I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bits, fully patched and updated.

Disabling some add-ons, notably FoxClocks, revolved the matter.

I do not quite understand what you mean. I did indicate that the matter was resolved, although I did not fix (repair) anything anywhere. Nothing needed to be fixed, just an add-on needed to be disabled.
