right tab arrow does not fade out when it should

Pale Moon 26.1.1 (x86) on Windows 7 64-bit:
small window size: left tab scroll arrow fades out at full left, right tab scroll arrow fades out at full right.
(both arrows acting normal)
maximized window size: left tab scroll arrow fades out at full left, right tab scroll arrow is still lit up at full right.
(right arrow not acting as expected)
full screen mode (F11): left tab scroll arrow fades out at full left, right tab scroll arrow is still lit up at full right.
(right arrow not acting as expected)
* * * additional info: this only happens in one window out of 3 (always the same one), and never seemed to happen before version 26.x.x. both the left and right arrows seemed to work properly in all scenarios with roughly version 25.x.x and older.
