Vimeo Playback has stopped working

Until a few days ago Vimeo played any links without problems with Pale Moon 64.
Since then Vimeo links will only play if downloaded from the downloaded copy. I get a black screen, and at one point I got sound which didn't resume after I'd closed the link then reopened it. This has happened in the past then the problem suddenly fixes itself, but I've not changed any settings in Pale Moon or elsewhere that would cause this issue.
I've tried Internet Explorer where the Vimeo links continue to work fine, and Vimeo's technical support has tried the following link which they say works in Firefox.
I've cleared the cache and cookies prior to and since trying to play Vimeo videos, but no luck for some reason.
I have Better Privacy, Ghostery and Self Destructing Cookies among other cookie removal add-ons and have manually deleted my cache and cookies prior to retrying Vimeo links, all to no avail. I have also turned off all add-ons, again no difference.
If it's Pale Moon related, it might be a setting rather than a bug, but I'm unsure what's causing this, as the files played fine before a few days ago and I have the same version of Pale Moon that I'd had a week ago, so it's not an updated version of Pale Moon which is affecting the playback. I have the current version: 25.8.1 (x64) installed.
The only other alternative I can think of is to go back to a System Restore from longer than a few days ago in case this clears the problem, but what is causing it remains a mystery.
The issue affects all Vimeo links, but here is an example of one which previously worked fine when I first viewed it some months ago, which works fine in Firefox according to Vimeo (as I no longer use Firefox) and in Internet Explorer, which I mostly avoid, due to the security hazards surrounding it. I don't know if it's just Pale Moon that won't play Vimeo files, but as Pale Moon played them fine prior to a few days ago, I can't figure out where the source of the blockage is coming from:
