Problem with GitHub

OS is windows 10, version is 29.0.1 (64 bit)

I have some errors with GitHub page. (see the img)
The reason is imho the Polymer framework.
Is this a bug or something with my preferences?

I think the new account registration page needs a giant overlay banner with 24 pt fontsize reminding people to search the forum before signing up to ask questions :roll:
