It is possible 2 IP simultaneous on same Network card?

I have 2 IP's offered by my ISP ( each through PPPoE connexion) .Can be they made to work simultaneously on the same NIC? (Windows 10)
Windows 10 pro /64 (version 1809)

I think this is a little bit different case,it's about a company internal network and one internet connexion. Anyway in my case I think should be made some special settings, the network card must know wich applications will use one connexion and wich the second connexion, otherwise will be a conflict.
