How to do right contact another github member? Obviously i can make an issue at his code page, but this i think is not right, to makin an issue not about the code but for contact reason,
I heard things like that

So if this it true, likely ms will reduce the github into the shit. I know about the sourceforge but it is already reduced. What other hostings do you know about?
