Opening a portal to Palemoon from stock Firefox Users.

Just a consideration, since i believe people are looking for Firefox alternatives that are forcing add-on developers to scatter to chrome or learn a new api/sdk for feature development. Is it also a consideration that Pale Moon may be able to resurrect: https://github.com/mozilla/FlightDeck (addon builder) https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/SDK/Builder
This may be draw more people, but it may also draw in more problems, but i think if there is a fork to do this, it would be PM.
