I was looking through the archived language packs (archive.palemoon. org/ palemoon/langpacks/), but it seems there are none available for the 29.x version(s).
Namely, the French (fr) language pack for v29.1.1.
Would anyone have it and/or be possible to get it, please ?
(on the 64-bits version of the browser)

OP, you should look at the add-ons release history of the language pack at addons.palemoon.org, not on archive.palemoon.org.
