Does Pale Moon come with a preloader?

Pale Moon does not come with a preloader, or "quick start" tool that loads components of the browser in memory and keeps them resident there. As it is, startup times of Pale Moon are sufficiently low not to need something like that.

External preloaders for Firefox may or may not work with Pale Moon for the same reason some add-ons may not work.
