As the topic says, here the solution for everyone who is having that issue too.
Dropbox needs a new user agent override, the built inside one in Pale Moon (native one) creates issues.
1) go into about:config
2) search for: general.useragent.override.dropbox.com
3) double click it
4) change the upcoming entry into: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko
or
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:3.4) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0 PaleMoon/27.8.0a1
Enjoy
Dropbox - what to do when you can't press the upload button anymore

Patches welcome to make this an override update in our code.

THX Sajadi,
the first override worked for me in Pale Moon 27.7.2 Win-32.
With the second one (which I tried first) the sign-in page was without mouseclick function; not even the cookie notification could be clicked off.

Checked that the first one still works, and https://github.com/MoonchildProductions ... /pull/1636
