How do I change useragent string to the previous (from version 25)?

This string can be created wth an extension. How do I create it manually?
1. I managed to create the "general.useragent.override" string. It works: no more mistakes with mobile version of the site. But what are the others strings like "general.useragent.override*" for?
2. how do I delete created string in about:config database? "Del" button and right-click don`t help.

Only the ones you make can be deleted.
Just set it to default and exit it will be gone when you return.
